November 3rd 2023, Montgomery CEO had the opportunity to tour McKay Auto Parts with Earl Flack.
Earl gave a tour of the facility and gave great lessons to the team.
He encouraged the team to always consider ways to reinvest both in their community and the people they work with, explaining
“Community is everything. Make sure you’re involved in yours and always remember to give back.”
And
“The most important part of this new facility is the training room.”
